We offer free express shipping on all orders over AU$100 within Australia.
All Australia wide orders are shipped via Australia Post (Express shipping) or Sendle (Standard Shipping), and international orders are shipped via Fedex/TNT, UPS or DHL Express depending on the parcel weight and location. Prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Orders Equal and Above AU$100: Free Express Shipping
International Shipping Cost:
Orders Below AU$200: Express $30.00 (AUD)
Orders Equal and Above AU$200: Express $25.00 (AUD)
Local Express Shipping (Australia): 1 to 2 business days
International Standard Shipping: Temporarily Paused
International Express Shipping: 5 to 7 business days depending on the destination country.
We provide the tracking number 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the international buyer. Please check your own country’s policy on importing goods.
Topmask is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. Topmask is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Secure Delivery Address
Topmask recommends customers provide a secure delivery address. Topmask is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels. Please check all confirmation correspondence to confirm that all details are correct. Once an order has been dispatched, if an address is found to be incorrect, the customer will need to pay for the order to be redispatched.
Refunds & Cancellation:
We are happy to refund or cancel your order any time prior to being dispatched, please reach out via firstname.lastname@example.org. 2% process fee from your entire order will be deducted to cover our backend system cost. After your order has dispatched, we unfortunately, cannot accept cancellations and refunds, as it will have left our facility and entered the hands of our partnered carriers.
Returns or change of mind
Due to the hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds after the products have been received. In the case of faulty masks, a replacement may be available.
